It is the duty of SCHADS to guarantee that customer and staff data is kept confidential and utilized solely for that reason. Our privacy policy makes sure that every one of our workers and clients is aware of the personal information we have on file, why we have it, and how it may be collected, stored, used, or disclosed.
As a condition of their employment or engagement, all of our employees and organizations operating on our behalf (such as consultants, subcontractors, or contractors) must adhere to our privacy policy.

You own the personal information you provide to us. To serve you better, we only request the data necessary to deliver high-quality, secure services. Your consent is required for us to gather and disclose your personal data, but you are not obligated to grant it. We will explain why we need the information when we ask for it. Safety and Reporting of Incidents

We put a lot of effort into providing services that are safe because we care about your safety. Accidents happen, mistakes are made, and rude behavior is directed at others. These are referred to as “incidents.” Here, we’ll go over our efforts to stop incidents and what we do in their case. By acting responsibly and treating others with respect, you may contribute to the prevention of events occurring as well. Inform someone if you don’t feel secure doing so.

We put a lot of effort into ensuring the safety of you, our employees, and other members of the community.

We consider the causes of accidents and the best ways to avoid them. We refer to this as “risk management.”

We inquire about you and consider the services we offer, the settings in which they are offered, the individuals who collaborate with you, and the people in your immediate vicinity.

Everyone’s safety and sense of security are our goals. You can let us know if you feel in danger. We pledge to pay attention.

While we promise our clients the best and most optimal service, we are also well-prepared as an organization to handle any incidents or issues that may arise. Our employees are trained professionals who know how to respond in the event of a mishap. We have clearly outlined remedial actions in our business continuity plans to ensure reported incidents and issues do not recur.Everyone is entitled to equitable treatment. If you are involved in an incident, you have the right to know what went wrong and what is being done to resolve the issue. If you do not receive these responses, you have the right to escalate a complaint. Our promise is to keep you updated at all times and throughout the process with respect.
